Batch Centrifuge
ZUKA 1750 Batch Centrifuge
Advanced technology for maximum efficiency in sugar production
Smart and connected to maximize efficiency
Combination of cutting-edge technologies and high-quality materials
Over 4,000 centrifuges installed worldwide
The ZUKA 1750 Batch Centrifuge, developed by Cail & Fletcher, represents the most advanced generation of automatic centrifuges designed for the sugar and ethanol industry. Engineered with a focus on efficiency and durability, this line features the innovative Floating Discharger System (FDS), which enables synchronized movement of the basket and discharger, minimizing impact and maximizing the quality of the sugar produced.
The ZUKA 1750 centrifuge was created to maximize mill productivity, combining a robust design with the latest market technologies. With Duplex stainless steel components and an optimized structure, this centrifuge offers high resistance to harsh conditions and maximum stability during operation.
